Jeremy Piven, also known as Jeremy Samuel Piven, is a very popular American actor. He took birth in NYC and grew up in Evanston, Illinois. His parents, Byrne Piven and Joyce were actors and drama teachers. He has a sister named Shira. Jeremy received his graduation from Evanston Township High School and also attended Harand Theatre Camp in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. While there, he played the part of Bernardo on ‘West Side Story’. His parents founded Piven Theatre Workshop in Illinois and he was trained at the same. He next joined Drake University and is a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Jeremy also made appearances on several films along with John Cusack. They both have been friends since their high school.
On the popular HBO series ‘The Larry Sanders Show, Jeremy Piven appeared as a regular cast member portraying the character of the head-writer Jerry. His next appearances were on successful films such as ‘Lucas’, ‘Grosse Pointe Blank, Singles, Very Bad Things, The Family Man, Black Hawk Down, Heat, PCU, Old School, Rock N Rolla and Runaway Jury etc. Jeremy also has small cameo appearances on Rush Hour 2 and Cars. On the popular HBO drama ‘Entourage‘, he portrayed the character of Hollywood agent Ari Gold. From 2005 to 2008, Jeremy received Emmy nominations for his excellent appearance on ‘Entourage’. In 2007, Jeremy was seen in the video for ‘Drivin’ Me Wild’. During the seventh-inning stretch at Wrigley Filed on Fathers’ Day in 2006, Jeremy Piven performed ‘Take Me out to the Ball Game’. He also appeared in local television advertisements for Cincinnati Bell Telephone. He also gave his voice to national television advertisements for the restaurant Buffalo Wild Wings. He was also seen in Paul Westerberg’s “Dyslexic Heart” video. On an episode of ‘Seinfeld’, Jeremy played the character of bald Michael Barth.
