Entourage Season 5

Entourage tv show returned with The season 5 on September 7, 2008 with the season opener entitled ‘Fantasy Island’. In the beginning of season, we saw Vince and Turtle on a beach in Mexico. It was the time when Medellin, the movie, had bombed. On the other hand, Eric and Ari were seen trying to help Vince so that he could get his career back on track. Producer Carl Ertz was still thinking to give Vince his first movie. Medellin secured a place in the worst movies of the year list which made everyone apprehensiveness and raise a finger on Vince’s acting capabilities. Drama was still in Hollywood and was busy in the production of ‘Five Towns’, his show. The man was also trying to manage his relationship with his French girlfriend Jacqueline. Ari and Eric were trying to make Vince to return to the States.

At first, their all plans seemed unsuccessful but a ray of hope appeared when Ari managed to arrange a meeting for Vince with Carl Ertz. The project under consideration was a movie ‘Danger Beach’. After Vince and Turtle returned, they realized that Carl Ertz’s interest was to secure Emile Hirsch for the role and he was not actually interested in Vince. Then came the episode entitled ‘Unlike a Virgin’. Here, we saw Ari was worrying to make Vince aware about the touch-and-go status of his career. Meanwhile, Eric took two screen writers, LB and Nick, as clients. Drama and Jacqueline relationship took an unexpected turn.

We next watched the episode entitled ‘The All Out Fall Out’. With no other option, Vince decided to appear at a not-so-sweet bash, following Shauna and his accountant’s advice. It’s the only one option to avoid bankruptcy. Meanwhile, Drama was still trying to manage with his break up with Jacqueline. Then we saw the episode entitled ‘Fire Sale’. Ari liked Eric’s independent script, hoping it’d be a big studio production. On the other hand, LB and Nick up their price on their script. Johnny Drama was seen preparing to make an appearance on ‘The View’ and it helped him to get over his post break-up depression. Next to it was the episode entitled ‘Tree Trippers’.

In this episode, Lloyd assisted Ari when he was in need of that. Then we watch the episode entitled ‘ReDOMption’. Dom got involved in a televised car chase and sought Vince’s help. Meanwhile, Ari tried to secure a role for Vince while in a golf game with Alan Gray. However, it was Vince who was asked by Dom to help him but actually, it was Eric who could bail him out. Unemployed Turtle decided to become Drama’s personal assistant. Then was the episode entitled ‘Gotta Look up to Get Down’. Here, we saw that Vince agreed to do a Dolce & Gabbana photo shoot and it led him to join the fashion world. Ari got an offer which might change everything in their life. Then came the episode entitled ‘First Class Jerk’. Here, we saw that Turtle got a first class seat next to the star of an HBO series and it was enough to lead him to make a mile-high claim to the guys. It was very troubling for Ari to accept that in case Vince failed to get the job as the studio head of Warner Bros. someone else would take it up. Ninth episode of season was ‘Pie’.

It was Smokejumpers’ set and Vince came to know that Jason Patric had stolen his lines. Meanwhile, Ari had a lunch with Andrew Klein. Next episode in row was ‘Seth Green Day’. Here, we saw that Seth Green was back. Vince was disturbed by the issue of his role being cut down by Smokejumpers’ director, Verner. On the other hand, Verner was of thinking that Vince was the root of all problems. Ari and Lloyd helped Andrew Klein to help impress Babs. Her disrespectful behavior made Ari to think. Then came the episode entitled ‘Play’n with Fire’.

Ultimately, Verner decided to kick Vince out of the film and it made Ari and Dana to bring the stubborn director in line. Turtle received a call from Jamie Lynn Sigler and went back to Los Angeles to spend his day with her. We saw him telling his real name to Jamie but he didn’t reveal his encounter with the gang. Season finale was entitled ‘Return to Queens Blvd.’ and it was aired on November 23, 2008. In the end of the season, we saw that although Vince had been fired but still the gang party in New York City. They also thanked Rita Chase for the tip. Eric and Vince confronted over the issue of Gus Van Sant. Vince reconnected with his high school darling and Drama tried to manage his relationship with Jamie Lynn Sigler. In the end of the episode, Ari told Vince that things were on the verge of changing.

Season’s Top Ranked Episode ‘Gotta Look up to Get Down

Vince agreed to do a Dolce & Gabbana photo shoot and it led him to join the fashion world. Ari got an offer which might change everything in their life.
